General Rules

The following Rules and Policies are for users' protection and benefit. They form an agreement between 5Dimes Casino & Sportsbook and its members. Please read the following carefully. By registering and wagering on the Casino games and/or in the Sportsbook, you indicate full acceptance and understanding of the rules.

Laws regarding gambling vary throughout the world, and it is the responsibility of each player to ensure he or she understands and fully complies with any laws or regulations relevant in their own countries or states. All members of 5Dimes Casino & Sportsbook must be at least 18 years of age.

The personal identity and details of all members will remain confidential. 5Dimes will not report wagering information on behalf of any member. This is the sole responsibility of each member.

Members are solely responsible for their account transactions and should keep their account information confidential. Should a member give away, share, or lose his or her account number and/or password, 5Dimes Sportsbook & Casino will not be held liable for any claims regarding that account.

All wagers are final once accepted by 5Dimes and confirmed by the player.

Immediately upon discovery, wagers placed on an event with an obvious erroneous line resulting from human error will be graded no action.  If a wager with an erroneous line is not voided before play begins, 5Dimes reserves the right to remedy the odds to a fair market price which would have been available at the time the wager was placed.  This price remedy may be applied during or after an event.  Only the odds will be corrected on an erroneous line.  The risk amount, applicable spread and total will always remain unchanged.  A player will never benefit from betting on a clear erroneous line.  Repeat offenders will not be tolerated.

Past-posting is considered stealing and will be dealt with in the harshest manner possible.  A player will never benefit from betting on events with time errors.

If a player believes that 5Dimes has posted an erroneous line, or time error, the player should notify 5Dimes immediately to verify if the line/time is correct.

Limits on each wagering option are reset within a few minutes of a wager being posted.  Limits also reset immediately when the line on the selection has moved.  Management reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager.  Use of multiple accounts to circumvent online limits is prohibited.

All Internet wagers must be placed through the user interface provided by 5Dimes Sportsbook & Casino on its Web pages. Any Internet wagering through other means, including the use of a "robot" player, is strictly forbidden. In the event that use of non-approved client software is detected, Management reserves the right to invalidate all such wagers retroactively, cancel the player's account, or take any other appropriate action.

Members are responsible for checking all of their sports, horses, and lotto wagers in the review bets. No Internet wager claims will be accepted without a ticket number.

Individual payouts in the Bonus Casino do not always pay as much as standard casino payouts. Some games have specific options which pay less, so other options can pay more. Players are responsible for checking the payout charts for each game before playing.

All accounts must have a correct contact phone number listed in their account information on the date(s) of all deposits. Use of an invalid phone number is grounds for possible forfeiture of any/all winnings and bonuses. Initial deposits between $200 and $400 will be phone verified at the time of the account's initial redemption request. You must contact 5Dimes to arrange a specific call back time.

All accounts that use the Internet to place wagers must have a valid e-mail address on file. Failure to have a valid e-mail may result in the account being frozen or closed.

Rewards earned after deposits and sportsbook/casino transfers are only valid if the amount deposited remains active in the account for 30 days. Winnings may be redeemed as desired.

Transfers from the 5Dimes Sportsbook & Casino to the 5Dimes poker rooms are considered redemptions for bonus application purposes. Transfers from the 5Dimes poker rooms to the 5Dimes Sportsbook & Casino are considered deposits for bonus application purposes. Chip dumping schemes in order to manipulate bonus offerings or defraud merchant processors will result in all accounts involved being deleted.

Management reserves the right to confiscate the bonus, affiliate earnings and/or applied transaction fees in any account(s) deemed to be taking advantage of our program.

Customers from outside of North America who choose the Cash Back Rewards option are limited to participate in only the 20% Cash Back Reward option.  Customers from outside of North America are required to fulfill 30 days of activity before qualifying for a Cash Back Reward.  The Cash Back Reward must be rolled over twice before having a payout approved.  Affiliate and cash back schemes will result in not only an account being eliminated from the program, but will also be responsible for fees incurred for all deposits and payouts being applied directly to the players account and/or the affiliates account.

All existing customer bonuses are manually approved and entered into the system by the customer service department. You must contact 5Dimes via live help, e-mail or over the phone to have your bonus entered.

Customers may only have one AND ONLY ONE account number in their name in the 5Dimes Group of books.  The 5Dimes Group includes 5Dimes.com, SportBet.com and IslandCasino.com, VietBet.com, Chinesebookie.com and BetAnySports.com.  Also, if bonuses are involved, customers may only have one AND ONLY ONE account number per household, email address, phone number and IP address without prior permission from management.  Bonuses will be removed from all unapproved accounts deemed to be from one entity.  Use of multiple account numbers or names in order to receive bonus promotions, referral awards, or exceed limits is forbidden and may result in the forfeiture of ALL funds received/won as a result of these actions.  Contact customer service if you have lost your account number or password.

5Dimes reserves the right to correct grading errors at any time. Incorrect payouts due to grading/software error and any additional earnings from those payouts are subject to voiding/forfeiture.

5Dimes reserves the right to reverse fees covered on deposits. This will be done without prior notice if little or no play is made between deposits and redemptions.  It is up to 5Dimes sole discretion to determine appropriate play on a case by case basis.  5Dimes is not to be used as a "go-between" for money movement between processors or other operations.

Most events are graded immediately upon completion. Other events require extensive research and language translation to determine a final score. Use Live Help to report any score of an event you need to have graded. Please include a link or source of the score so we can process your wager(s) immediately.

5Dimes assumes no liability for funds once released and received by any monetary transfer agent, institution, or company.

All rules, regulations, and payoffs contained herein are subject to change and revision by the management without prior written notice.

Only accounts starting with '5D' or 'AF' will have balances honored by 5Dimes.  No agents are directly employed by 5Dimes.  In case you have any discrepancy with your balance, your Agent, not 5Dimes, is the one responsible for handling it.  Agents who attempt to solicit customers via posting forums, e-mail spamming, or cold calling will have their agent account terminated immediately.
